The Town Sedan meeting that was to have been held on Friday afternoon has been cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.  If you have already registered for this event, you will be given a refund of any fees for this meeting.  We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

Swap Meet Registration

There will be indoor and outdoor swap meets during the 5 days of the event.  If you would like to secure a space at one or both, please fill out the registration form linked below and mail it to the appropriate registrar with your payment.  Please fill out a separate form for each swap meet.

There are two engine raffles for which you can buy tickets:

R.V. Information

R.V. parking is available at Sandy Lake R.V. Park, located about 7 miles from the headquarters hotel.  Here is an area map showing where Sandy Lake Park is located relative to the Intercontinental:

Dallas rush hour traffic can be dense; remember to allow adequate commute time to and from the RV park (at least 30 minutes) at peak travel times (7-9 AM and 4-7 PM)
