Swap Meet: Hot Rods of Texas will host The Largest and Oldest Two Day Swap Meet in Texas on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 3 & 4,2007. The Classic Fall Conroe Swap Meet will take place in the Fair Grounds of Montgomery County in Conroe,Tx from 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. each day. Spectator admission to this premier event is free. Car Show: The Texas Region of the Classic Car Club of America (CCCA) is hosting the club's grand classic concourse d'elegance on Saturday 20 October in the Waxahachie Civic Center. Swap Meet: Hot Rods of Texas ( Formerly Early Irons Of Texas) will host The Largest and Oldest One Day Swap Meet in Texas on Sunday, Sept. 9,2007. The North Houston Spring Swap Meet will take place in the parking lot of Sam Houston Race Park on Sunday from 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Spectator admission to this premier event is free. Car Show: Hello, White Cap Construction Supply is excited to announce Boyd Coddington has built a 1931 Ford Hot Rod for our company. The White Cap Hot Rod Truck was the third build of the season (three episodes) on American Hot Rod, a TLC network show. The truck has been on a nationwide tour sponsored by Bosch Power Tools and Knaack Weatherguard. The truck will be making over 150 appearances throughout this year and will make its final stop in Las Vegas, NV at the World of Concrete 2008 Tradeshow. The White Cap Hot Rod Truck will then be auctioned off for charity. The Fort Worth, Texas, White Cap location, has been selected as one of the stops on the nationwide tour. We would like to invite your club members and their cars to join us on Tuesday, August 28th for our Hot Rod event. The event will provide free lunch, entertainment, and a chance to compete in our Hot Rod Contest. Also, you will have the chance to be selected as one of 14 Hot Rods to be on our 2008 Hot Rod Calendar. We have attached a copy of the event flier to pass out to your club members.
