We had the same problem with one of our Model "A"s. First thing to do is check the front wheel bearings to see if they are tightened enough. Then check the entire front end for proper adjustments and that there is no play where there should be none. If all this checks out, go to the steering box. Here is where ours was. Go through the complete adjustment procedure. This helped us to find our trouble, I hope it finds yours.
