Steel Wheels on a 31 Model A

My 31 Model A has steel wheels that are marked 15/5.00. Also stamped on the wheel is "Clevweld", "Pat. Pending", "Ford", and "C-1". The Outside of the ring where the hubcap would attach mearsures 12and 1/4 inches and the inside of said ring is 11 and 1/4 inches. I can email photoes of wheel. I am in need of a source of hubcaps. Thanks for any help or infomation.
