Headlight bracket?

We have a A Headlight bracket (the 1/2 mooned/curved piece that the lights

screw onto-it goes acorss the radiator. Well, most that we've seen are all

black, but the original one that we got, is black on the two ends, but in

the middle it is chrome plated, was this an option? (It is a original Ford

Part)
