If you havn't already found tires, it should be noted that the size you're looking for is not set in stone. My Shay has what I believe to be the original tires and they are 5.25/5.50 x 18's w/ 3" WW.(Sears All-State) I'm looking for a close size match myself and have found 5.50 x 18 WW's made by Firestone and sold through Universal Tire Co. Would appreciate any new info you may have found in your search.
