It is not uncommon to find Model A's without shocks installed. I have three Model A's and none of them had shocks when I got them. I used original style (Repo) shocks and links and have had no trouble with them. They have the original markings and appear to be exact duplicates. Given the condition of roads these cars travel on these days, the original style shocks should be very sufficient. They are available from most of the suppliers such as Bratton's 1-800-255-1929.
