The 17" wheels were used in '33 and '34 ('32 had 18"). 17" wheels are very plentifull. I would think good ones that need painting are worth $ 20 to $25 each. If they are worth more, I've got some good deals for you if you want 17" wheels.
By the way, in 1935 they used 16", the only year for 16" wires, as that was the last year for wire wheels.
