Did you install new rubber motor mount pads. They actually have a 1/4 rubber lip at the mount lower surface. This lip is probably rotted away or shrunk on your original mounts. Do you have the original front motor mount?
Also check to see that the brake cross shaft is exactly vertical (levers straight up and down) with brake pedal released.
