Rebuilt a rear axle/differential and am trying to install the roller bearing on the front of the driveshaft. I installed the seal then the race with the depression correctly seated in the dimple hole in the torque tube, but the roller bearing will not slide into the race. Any suggestions? Anyone else ever have this problem? Note: I am using a repro race and bearing bought from a reputable dealer. Thanks in advance.
