The most common problem is not typing in the keycode properly. It is very particular and you have to get it just right. There are no spaces between the characters, if you're doing that it will fail every time. Also, you must get a new code every time, they are one-use-only codes so you can't just hit the Back button to try again if you mess up; you have to copy and paste what you typed before and hit Refresh to get a new code, or hit Refresh and just retype it. I know it's a pain but the alternative is to have the Classifieds full of the same spam that our Forum is having problems with.
