H. Barnes wrote an article one time yrs ago in the Qualil Tale about using a large plastic trash bag between the tire and rim to make mounting easier. The slickness of the bag seemed to help. Check with C. Corry about it. He may remember it. You might also want to check with some mbrs like R. Davis, or M. Gullick. They may know of some place that could do it.
