I chkd with my expert. He said oil filler cap may be clogged and needs to clean ro replace. Condensation and moisture in lower engine plus blow by may be the cause. You may have some seepage from head gasket or small crack on lower water jacket or around valve. Fill radiator and let set for a few days. chk for loss of water. put plastic under car to verify if any external water leak. If you are losing water from seepage it should show. may not be enough to affect oil but cause condensation which creates foam after running. If replaceing head gasket get one of the self sealing from Mike's Afordable parts in GA. There are two kinds based on A or B block and head. Small difference between water holes between cyliners 2 & 3. Could remove upper rad hose and fill to top of neck and watch from there.
