Squirt a little oil in eah plug hole to lube cylinder walls. WD40 won't do it. Your jump box will need the positive on block or fram and neg to starter post. You might have a problem with the starter rod in the way. Hook on to the starter cable at battery end to avoid starter rod. You can get 6 volt battery at WalMart. Starter is probably OK but just need enough voltage to get it going on a stored engine.
